Peter is a technology leader with more than twenty years across software, data and cloud. He founded Greentor and remains hands-on across technology strategy, architecture and engineering.
He currently serves as CTO at Opencapacity, where he has helped take AI-driven capacity forecasting from early innovation into production systems used by major transport operators. His focus throughout has been taking emerging technology beyond the prototype stage into systems that work reliably in the real world.
Barbara Schwarz

Barbara brings an unusual depth of understanding and wide-ranging multi-faceted strategic commercial perspective to Greentor. A board-level Global Director of Policy in international start-up innovation, a seasoned Diplomat, trusted Policy Head for European Business law and a Company Director; she has spent her career operating across diverse cultures and key commercial language communities and disciplines — equally at home in international business, highly creative work and cutting edge technology.
A native English and German speaker, fluent in French and conversational in Spanish, she is a natural conduit and connector for diverse technical teams and defining groundbreaking initiatives for the wider public. Through Greentor she works with Opencapacity, trusted by its founder to represent the company directly in its German-speaking markets.
Alongside more than a decade leading her own art and design ventures, Barbara works closely with expert stakeholders and specific technical teams, with a practical coding ability and genuine insight as to how software is designed and built. It is this combination — commercial diplomacy, linguistic acuity, design sensibility and diversified technical fluency — that makes her effective wherever business, culture and technology meet.
She is available through Greentor for selected freelance and consulting work, particularly engagements calling for cross-cultural communication, German-language commercial expertise, or a live point between business, expert and technical teams.
